
What is the best level for me?
We have courses catering to men and women of all levels from the super beginner to advanced athletes.
Beginner Level: Everyone has to start somewhere! There is no better place to begin a new lifestyle of exercise and fitness than in a beginner class! We will focus on getting rid of flab, boosting your metabolism, losing weight and getting you into shape at a beginner pace - step by step!! This group is an opportunity for those that don't workout and don't run, jump or sweat to start a new way of life - full of fitness and good health.
Intermediate Level: Are you someone that already works out at the gym or on your own? You have a fairly good fitness level but would love to see some revolutionary results? If you are nolonger a beginner, and are ready to sculpt your body into fantastic shape - then this class is for you! This class has one goal - INCREDIBLE RESULTS through hard work!! We will get you toned, speed up your metabolism, & get you fitter, stronger and healthier than you have EVER been before!! This camp is designed to step up your game. You’ll feel the fat melt away and the muscles build as you tone up with fun & challenging workouts.
Advanced Level: Have you done boot camp before? Do you run, ride your bike and/ or workout at the gym a few times a week? Can you handle a class that will get you sweating more than ever before? This boot camp class is designed to push you to your limits both physically and mentally with an hour of interval
training exercises!! You will focus on your core and cardio fitness with an intense program of plyometric exercises (jumps, pushups, abdominal exercises and explosive movements) and aerobic intervals (running, sprints, hill repeats, stairs, and more!). Note: This class is not for the faint hearted! This is a super high energy class for the fit and healthy - we will make sure that you leap to the next level of fitness and sculpt your body into a beautiful shape!
