Mommy and Baby Boot Camp is an exciting, invigorating and inspiring program that is designed for mommies to get fit, burn fat, and get their body back!! Exercise should be fun, a time for self care and an investment in your well being. Boot Camp will take this to the next level by allowing you to workout with your baby and get back in shape!
The Mommy and Baby Boot Camp program is designed to help you get toned and fit and start reconditioning your body. The program will offer you the opportunity to exercise again and to get into tip top shape while you bond with your body, your baby and other mommies who want to get fit too.
Your mommy and baby boot camp group will meet in Park Hayarkon to workout in the fresh air together. Classes involve an awesome routine of aerobic activity and strength training and include walking, jogging and running (while pushing your stroller with the little one inside), exercises using strollers , cardio and strength activities using benches, trees, stairs, hills and walls as well as abdominal and lower back conditioning . Mommies are encouraged to work hard but at their own level at all times. Sometimes babies will be used as weights, at other times they will just be there to watch and cheer you on as you work hard and sweat!!

+ you are invited to attend the regular bootcamp Friday morning class without baby and all Ra'anana evening classes.

Investment Fee: 400 shekels (approx 30 shekels a lesson!)
